About Los Angeles, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Los Angeles is a bustling, exciting metropolis absolutely bursting with excitement and fun. Home to celebrities, Hollywood elite and the very wealthy, it is an ideal home for someone looking to be a part of the action. If you are looking for a vacation spot then L.A. will not disappoint either. The weather is beautiful and warm year round. There are many beaches, tourist attractions, dining and shops to visit and you will never be bored.
The city was formed in the late 18th century and was, for a time, rather small. However, beginning around 1910 there was a boom of culture, manufacturing and more. It became the center of film and movies and, during the second World War, became a center of wartime manufacturing. From that point on, the city has grown exponentially and the population has spilled into outlying suburbs and “The Valley.
The landmarks and attractions in the city are numerous and it would probably take weeks (or even months) to see it all. You can shop on Rodeo Drive on one of Southern California’s trademark beautiful days. There, you will find a wide array of high end shops, boutiques and stores including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Brooks Brothers and Burberry. You can then dine at one of the delicious Beverly Hills eateries along this famous road.
If you are looking for a bit of entertainment or culture then take in a show at The Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (now known as the “TCL Theatre”) which has been converted to an IMAX Theatre. You can also enjoy the perpetually pleasant weather at an outdoor concert at the Hollywood Bowl. For an indoor concert, check out The Walt Disney Concert Hall or The Kodak Theatre (now called “The Dolby Theatre”). If there is one thing that there is no shortage of in L.A., it is entertainment, music, film and art.
