The owner Roger communicates directly with you. He sent a technician right out to access the situation and provided us with a comparable product and great installation that was much less than the leading competitor in LA. We live in a large condo project with many HOA requirements. They worked well and coordinated everything with the manager, mainenance and HOA specifications. We would highly recommend this family operation...

Roger and his workers are very professional and efficient. They have the best price and proposed the best solution for my situation. They installed two high efficient central heating systems. The installation started and finished as scheduled. They also applied for permit on my behalf and passed city inspection. In all, I would recommend Roger to anyone who needs heating and air.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with Rand Aire and the job they performed for us: new furnace,new ducts and vents and thermostat. The owner, Mr. Roger Pollack, is extremely knowledgeable. His Foreman and crew are also all very nice to talk to, informative and helpful. They spent a half hour estimating and doing calculations before providing a very attractive and complete quote the next day. They discussed all possible options and some to save us money. They provided a brand of furnace we requested, and the work was done efficiently and exactly as discussed. The system works GREAT. Best installer experience in a long time.
